Hadi A. Harp

Hadi A. Harp is the founding attorney at HARP LAW.  Raised in the blue collar mid-west, Hadi has built his practice by understanding the importance of curating the legal experience to the specific needs and sensitivities of the client.  Hadi has extensive experience counseling businesses and employers, emerging technology start-ups, entrepreneurs, and creatives on all aspects of business, corporate, real estate, employment, and tax law.

Hadi founded HARP LAW as a participant of the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium, a collaboration between practicing attorneys, Los Angeles law schools, and local legal-aid organizations committed to bridging the "access to justice" gap by providing pro-bono and low-bono legal services in the Southern California area.

Previous experience of Mr. Harp includes positions at the California Department of Justice: Office of the Attorney General, the California Association of Realtors, and the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. During his time at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Hadi provided hundreds of hours of service as a Mediator helping resolve disputes. As a law student at UCLA, in addition to being a Business Law Fellow, he worked alongside students and practitioners to help dozens of start-ups housed at Mucker Labs in Santa Monica, counseling them on all aspects of start-up law.

Outside of law, Hadi is a music, technology, crypto and sports enthusiast.
