HARP LAW provides practical legal services to businesses, start-ups, entrepreneurs and creatives. From business formation and contract drafting to intellectual property strategy and dispute resolution, we can help.
Above all, our purpose is to help build, sustain, and protect what matters to our clients. For each client we serve, we realize that means a little something different. Everyone's story and journey is unique. As such, our belief is that they should be treated that way. Whether it's helping a client achieve their business goals, assisting them in perfecting and protecting their craft, or getting them on track to secure their financial future, we appreciate the uniqueness of every client and insist on meeting their needs by delivering services in the most effective and efficient way possible.
How We're Different
We are a practical law firm that has a pulse on the changing landscape of business and commerce in the new digital age of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
We do and will continue to use technology to deliver services in simple and innovative ways. In doing so, we always strive to eliminate inefficiencies in our processes, minimize client costs, and keep clients better informed.
Unlike most law firms, what matters to us is that our services add value in a meaningful way.
Attorney Hadi A. Harp
Hadi A. Harp is the founding attorney at HARP LAW. Raised in the blue collar mid-west, Hadi has built his practice by understanding the importance of curating the legal experience to the specific needs and sensitivities of the client. Hadi has extensive experience counseling businesses and employers, emerging technology start-ups, entrepreneurs, and creatives on all aspects of business, corporate, real estate, employment, and tax law.
Hadi founded HARP LAW as a participant of the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium, a collaboration between practicing attorneys, Los Angeles law schools and legal-aid organizations committed to bridging the "access to justice" gap by providing pro-bono and low-bono legal services in Southern California.
Previous experience of Mr. Harp includes positions at the California Department of Justice: Office of the Attorney General, the California Association of Realtors, and the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. During his time at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Hadi provided hundreds of hours of service as a Mediator helping resolve disputes. As a law student at UCLA, in addition to being a Business Law Fellow, he worked alongside students and practitioners to help dozens of start-ups housed at Mucker Labs in Santa Monica, counseling them on all aspects of start-up law.
