Firm Overview

HARP LAW provides practical legal services to businesses, start-ups, entrepreneurs and creatives.  From business formation and contract drafting to estate planning and business succession, we are here to help.

Above all, our purpose is to help build, sustain, and protect what matters to our clients. For each client we serve, we realize that means a little something different. We appreciate the uniqueness of every client and insist on meeting their needs by delivering services in the most effective and efficient way possible, to them.

How We're Different

We are a practical law firm that has a pulse on the changing landscape of business and commerce in the digital age of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. While technology has rapidly evolved in the past 15 years, the average attorney and law firm have not. Unlike most law firms that are slow to adapt and adopt technology, we strive to use it to deliver legal services in simple but innovative ways. In doing so, we are always looking for ways to eliminate inefficiencies in our processes, minimize client costs, and keep clients better informed.

Attorney Hadi A. Harp

Hadi A. Harp is the founding attorney at HARP LAW.  Raised in the blue collar mid-west suburbs of Detroit, Hadi has built his practice by understanding the importance of curating the legal experience to the specific needs and sensitivities of the client.  Hadi has extensive experience counseling businesses and employers, emerging technology start-ups, entrepreneurs, and creatives on all aspects of business, corporate, real estate, employment, and tax law.

Hadi founded HARP LAW as a participant of the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium, a collaboration between practicing attorneys, Los Angeles law schools, and legal-aid organizations committed to bridging the "access to justice" gap by providing pro-bono and low-bono legal services in Southern California.

Previous experience of Hadi includes positions at the California Department of Justice: Office of the Attorney General, the California Association of Realtors, and the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. While serving at Stanley Mosk Courthouse, one of the busiest in the nation, Hadi provided hundreds of hours of service as a Mediator helping resolve disputes. As a law student at UCLA, in addition to serving as a Business Law Fellow, he worked alongside students and practitioners to help dozens of start-ups housed at Mucker Labs in Santa Monica, counseling them on all aspects of start-up law.

Outside of law, Hadi is a music, technology, and sports enthusiast.
